Avoid! Fraudsters!
Had the bad experience of renting a car in this place. At first, everything looks great, the staff is very friendly and gives the impression of professionals. There are Russian-speaking consultants. We rented a Mazda Demio fa first and then a Reno Megan. We bought SCDW. And left a deposit of 100 euros. But on the last day of the rental of the first car there was a nuisance in the form of torn wheels on the road from Limassol to Larnaca. I immediately wrote about the situation in whatsapp. Although managers talk about support 24/7 via messengers, no one answered me. Finding a jack and spare tire in the trunk, replaced the wheel and drove to Larnaca. The next day I went to change the car. The manager was very confused when he found out about the puncture of the wheel. We changed the car and even kindly drove employees to a nearby town (Ayia Napa) at their request. We didn’t argue about repairing the wheel and the manager assured us that tomorrow there will be information on the cost of repair. The next day, no one wrote to us of course. The questions in whatsapp for the most part remained unanswered. After 5! days the manager did say that they kept the entire deposit = 100 euros. My logical questions about the cost of repairs remained unanswered. ... After returning home (8 days have passed) someone called me and explained that they were holding 100 euros, this fact I immediately criticized and asked for any invoices. The invoice was provided on the following day. 50 euro for 1 tire. Information about the organization that sold the tire on the Internet could not be found. The fate of the remaining 50 euros remains unknown.
Total: helpful staff, as long as they need money from you, complete illiteracy, confusion and not professionalism in emergency situations, frank disregard for clients after the end of the transaction, deposit fraud. Of course, decide for yourself, but personally I highly recommend this company for cooperation.
My review
Rented a car for two days and was not informed until the last minute of all the charges. Inquired on the last day about extending the rental and adding premium insurance due to driving conditions in Cyprus, and three goons were sent to my hotel to collect the car early expecting it had been in an accident and harassing staff for a personal cell phone number for me. When an agent returned at the scheduled time that night, a few small scratches were found and charged 119 euros. Still waiting for a manager to reply with explanation of employee behavior and to discuss extra charges. Will not rent from them again and do not recommend.

- this company supplied a car with hidden damage
- after returning the car and going away they charge for the damage without explanation and warning.
- 24/7 breakdown does not work. You should fix by yourself, and they do not help you. You should drive broken car even is not safe.
- they do not check air pressures in the wheel and liquids before supplying to you. (official position of manager: you should check it all before and during exploitation the vehicle)
- they do not pay attention on your proofs, explanation.
- they do not play fair.
IMO:the good company should be interested in a fair solution of the issues.
Unfortunately, this company does not belong to good companies.
My recommendation is to avoid!
