Airtrans Cyprus marks parcels as 'delivered' on the tracking website without even trying to deliver! This is a quite safe con, because neither the sender nor the recipient are able to proof that a parcel has NOT been delivered. And it is even made easier because Airtrans does not request signatures on receipt.
The management of Airtrans are fully aware of this problem, but they are ignoring (or tolerating or even encouraging) it. I have tried to report this problem to the police, but the police is not interested.
