    Excellent meat

    George has run Angus for a long time and I hope he doesn't stop anytime soon.

    This is one of the very few butchers in Cyprus where you will get good beef - beef that has been hung to give it more flavour - and it is where I buy all my beef.

    He also does things linke English sausages, Gammon and a speciality is stuffed chicken, ready for the over - to see George de-bone a chicken with his knife is sheer artistry.

    His meat is in so much demand that every week he sends a large amount of beef and his specialites like gammon to Paphos.

    Traditional butchery that I can recommend to anyone.
