Professionalism, respect, facilities.
When it comes to a funeral home, if there is no respect for the recently departed, then everything else is a joke.
I have had the unfortunate need of Archangelos Funeral Services Ltd. three times - my father, grandfather (Greek Orthodox) and for the mother of a friend of mine who I helped organise her funeral (Catholic).
First they have a proper hearse and not a station wagon that has been convered into one. This is actually why I chose to use them.
The people there are kind, considerate and know when to "shut up" and listen and when to help you.
They also have first class equipment and will embalm bodies for transport abroad.
They will take care of everything and have coffins, headstones, etc., for you to choose from so you do not have to leave the office for anything - everything is provided there. They will also take care of the announcement in the newspapers.
They have a small chapel area where you can come and see your beloved one and this is also where the service for my friends mother took place.
Finally there is a sense of respect from the moment you walk in until the time you no longer need their services.
