Horrible service
Never use this taxi office. We had booked a taxi to pick us up at our hotel go to the airport. Time came for the reservation and no taxi came. We waited for nearly 10 min and no sign of the taxi or a call from the office to let us know of the delay. This caused a great deal of stress which we had otherwise wanted to avoid by booking ahead. In the end I had to run to the taxi office only for the employee say that the taxi was coming there. She made no attempt to apologise. When the taxi finally came, it was a old in a state of disrepair. We had no choice but to use it but when on the motorway it swayed from side to side and seemed like it was not in a condition to travel on the motorway. When we then reached the airport, we attemted to speak to the driver about the delay but he did not at all care and just walked away.
If you want to get where you are going safe and on time, don't use this company.
