Not the most authentic Japanese food I have eaten but if you're staying at the hotel and don't want to venture out too far, then this is fine.
Most of the 'Chef's' are from the Philippines which shows in the cooking.....a bit like an Englishman cooking French cuisine.... or an Indian cooking Italian, just can't give it that 'edge' (no disrespect to the French, Italian, Indian or English population on the Island, just an observation!)
Basically good Japanese food
Bonsai does most of its business on the "all you can eat" night of the week. On this day, the restaurant is normally packed and reservations are necessary.
This is the only night I have gone to the restaurant and the food has been plentiful and fresh, even of the actual choice has been limited to cater for the high turnover of food on that night.
