Friendly caring staff for whom nothing is too much trouble.
We stayed here in October 10. Fantastic staff especially Becky and Cheryl. Really friendly reception. Rooms were large and kept very clean. The new rooms next year will be amazing. My son was taken seriously ill and the staff were so kind, always asking how he was etc. We were transferred to the Hilton Hotel in Nicosia for a week while my son was in hospital, but I was so desperate to get back that I begged my insurance company to transfer us back which they did. You would not believe how glad I was. I prefer the Brilliant to any 5* hotel.
