Cousins tavern in the center of the village over looking the see and the mountains of pegeia is one of the first taverns in pegeia 21 one year ago .Still keep the tradition and the local prices and also the quality of the fresh food .Still we are one of the last place in the area using real wood charcoal to cook our bbq.Nikos the son of fivos is the owner , fivos is a legentary person of pegeia village was the first man who open a restaurant in the village and make pegeia well known .

We have been visiting for over 20 years and the reception we get from Nikos at Cousins Tavern is second to none. The food is deliceous and the local people who frequent the tavern are always friendly. We would always return and urge any newcomers to Peyia to visit Cousins for the food and the welcome.

I have been coming to Cyprus for years, and this place is a hidden gem, every time I come to Cyprus I pay a visit, delicious food and great people working there
