Excellent service, professionalism
I bought a UPS from CPL about 9 years ago. The service that they gave me then was very good - helping me decide which UPS I should get for my then present and future needs.
When the batteries finally died on the UPS, I took it back to them to be fixed - though I wasn't expecting them to have the same batteries after 9 years.
Not only did they have them, but they changed, tested and had the UPS ready within 24 hours.
