    Honest people and reliable services

    I'm not quite sure how Karen Potter's experience was like that, mine was honestly the opposite!
    Karen and Jim are lovely people that make you feel very comfortable and explain in detail whatever your problems are, they'll answer the phone anytime of the day to help out or to pick up, that's real dedication to me personally

    If you don't charge your scooters all night even if it's on green then I wouldn't expect it to run for as many hours, but that's just normal common sense. I asked the owners and in rare occaisons the batteries will become faulty because of the sun with electrics, I've been in Cyprus for some time to agree with that since some of my electrics in my car are becoming faulty.

    In conclusion if you need disabled help while over here in cyprus, try Cyprus mobility, they will not let you down or disappoint I promise you.

    Nothing

    We booked a chair for for my mum for just 24 hours, normally the min booking is 4 days so in fairness they did make an exception but charged more for the day , 14 euro instead of 12.
    The chair was delivered 'fully charged' however on a short trip to paphos the bars went down to flashing red, almost out of battery.... My mum can't walK due to COPD so it was stressful cutting short our visit to get back to the hotel, not knowing if the chair would get us back. I phoned the company, no apology simply blaming the previous hirer!! Surely it's the responsibility of the company to make sure a chair is fully charged and fit for purpose. The owners were out so couldn't at the time do anything, thankfully we got back to the hotel....very slowly!

    Next day after a full 16 hours of charging the chair we went out for a short trip to the white chapel, not far really from our hotel at the Olympic lagoon, within 15 minutes the same happened an again we had to cut short our trip and limp back to the hotel.
    Once again I rang the owners, once again, no apology simply blaming previous users who clearly didn't know how to use the scooter. All they did say was, well we've spent thousands on new batteries for all our scooters, it's the people who hire them not us.

    I said they could come and collect the scooter early as we couldn't use it and left a note on the scooter to ask for a full refund ... It was thoroughly disappointing and very worrying for me as a carer when on both occasions the scooter failed .... Hot weather and my mum unable to walk back if the scooter did actually break down.

    If the owners had made an apology and sounded ever so slight bothered I could have accepted this was a one off, but I got nothing back from either of them. No acceptance of responsibility or lessons learnt. Please use other companies in paphos .... These people are unprofessional and totally unconcerned about your welfare safety or enjoyment. They refunded us a pathetic 7 euros , I'm not sure how they came to think we must have enjoyed any part of that... Let alone half!
