The worst insurance I ever had.

I'm disappointed with customer service!

Helpful, but when they are getting a commission. Worst service.

if i can give 0 star I will never give 1, use it for one year ,never have a doctor.

They send lots of emails saying how good and efficient they are...ALL LIES

When you make a claim they just refuse it!!!!!!!

Six months later and I seek information to downgrade my policy extras (haven't used any) and no response.

Abysmal after sales support.

No similarities between words and action. Complaints recevied, promised action but went into hybernation after many reminders. Never claimed. Allured with false marketing propaganda but what I received in the attached sheet was not even refelecting 20% of what I was promised. I request everyone not to go for Ethniki. Just terrible

I have used Ethniki health insurance so many times but never again. after my last visit to doctor and almost 3 months later I am still dealing with it. They keep saying the payment is approved just waiting on me to pay excess. Except, as I keep confirming with them, I paid the excess in July! If you need health insurance then steer clear of Ethniki(Εθνική)!

I literally just changed health insurance provider because I am that dissatisfied. I am completely beyond belief that you'll happily take my money for 3 years & then turn around and refuse to cover a paying customer because they don't have "common disorder". Perhaps its false advertising you put your members first, because i was far from being put first.
Very glad I switched over.

Provided misleading advice about our policy cover resulting in us having to pay $3,600 to a private hospital prior to my husband being admitted. Turns out we were covered all along. Their behavior is unconscionable.

I have to say that I am very disappointed with the way Ethniki keeps taking things out of our policy, every year there is something else gone, but the rates keep going up! It is probably the same with other funds, but my concerns are with ours. I don't think we should lose services that were included when we joined, just to make us take out a higher level of cover.
