Horrible
I could use many words, but the one that summarizes my experience with them is "disgusting".
Almost nothing is covered by them. They will delay 1-4 months just to decline the claim or cover a tiny part.
The limits they set are ridiculous, having nothing to do with the reality. All my experience was as an outpatient so my review is based on my personal interaction with this gangsters.
