Location, peace and tranquility
Situated in the mountain village of Platres is The Forest Park Hotel, nestled in the trees and high on a hill.
The hotel recently added a new wing and that's where I have stayed. The rooms are clean and pretty well stocked.
Meals are mainly buffets and are pretty good with a good choice and quantity.
The location is the main point of this hotel. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful to stay in the mountains then this is a great place to check out.
