Giovani Developers build a wide range of luxury properties, mainly on the South East Coast of Cyprus in the areas of Avgorou, Ayia Napa, Ayia Thekla, Derynia, Frenaros, Oroklini, Pyla, Paralimni, Protaras, Pyla, Sotira, and Vrysoulles.

With a commitment to building excellence and quality of construction, the company was established in 1986 and, since then, it's played a major role in the development of property in Cyprus.
