Great rooms, nice pool, excellent breakfast, nice bars, gift shop, grass sun lounging, towel service
This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and bright, with lovely balconies - try to get one overlooking the pool area. It has a bountiful breakfast buffet by the pool which is worth waking up for. The pool bar makes delicious smoothies which you can either enjoy at the bar or while lounging on one of the chaise-longs on the grass (servers will bring you your drink, along with lemon-scented frozen towels to beat the heat!). From the pool area, you can take the several flights of steps down to the beach, which is also fantastic - sandy, shallow, with rock formations for snorkeling and floating beach chairs. At night, try the other bar by the pool that overlooks the beach for tasty cocktails in stucco booths.
nice rooms, beautiful beach, relaxing pool w/great cocktails
I had a great time at this comfortable, relaxing beach hotel. Our suite was roomy, had good beds and a spacious corner balcony. The *excellent* peach daquiri at the pool bar is still with me, 2 years later.
The beach! A slightly long & winding walk down the hill takes you to a near-private (but not officially, since Cyprus doesn't allow this) beach with perfect water & sand. You can rent jet-skis, etc. and there's a food & drink stand right next to the little pier.
We didn't really eat at the hotel, so I can't speak to it. But the fish meze restaurant next door was very good. And we did have a rousing hour of table tennis competition in the recreation area.
