The Company has been established and started its activities in August 1986.
The activities of the company were concentrated in the Importation and Distribution in the Cyprus Market Natural Supplements and Orthopedic Equipment.

Our First Agency was ORTIS of Belgium and VITABIOTICS of UK. Both manufacturers of Food Supplements.
Our first shop was in Achaion Street, and started with only one employee.
The big progress of the Company took place in 1995, time at which we secured more remarkable Agencies, and apart from the Pharmacies the Company started regular visits to Doctors by our Medical Reps whom we Scientifically informed about our Products.
It was also a successful time of our two big Agencies (Ortis & Vitabiotics) at this period thus together we strengthened our existence.
The turnover of the Company started to grow and we then employed more people and we finally came to a stage that we secured our establishment in all the Pharmacies and in all the Doctors involved!
By the end of 2000 we had the following Agencies in our Portfolio:

In August 2010 the company again moved to its own NEW Premises in Thermaikou 5, Latsia. These Premises have been constructed by Health & Diet following the latest foreseen Specifications which allow handling of Health Food Supplements!
We continued our expansion in the market and we included also Physiotherapists & Dieticians.
Today Health & Diet is considered to be one of the leading Companies in this line of business, and is presently employing 22 people.
