Lakedemon Judo Club is the No. 1 Judo club in Cyprus, with the most medals at the Pancyprian Judo Championships and it also has the largest number of female judoka (judo athletes) in Cyprus.
The basis of the training is in many disciplines - Judo, Dicipline, Physical Fitness, Sport For All and Nutrition.
Frixos Raidos the chief instructor at the club comes from a sports scences background and was also Pan-Hellenic champion.
Athletes fromt he club have competed in International Judo Tournaments in Europe and have brought reults to the club with placments in the TOP 9 in their weight category!
