Mamipa Mosaic Factory

The experience we recently had with Mamipa was terrible (a nightmare). All the products supplied by them were of inferior quality and arrived in poor condition. For example, they sent the wrong shower head and they installed it which was not like the one we actually ordered. Also the one installed was scratched and damaged, and we were told it could not be fixed.
After this the ceramic tiles for the whole apartment arrived which came with factory faults and imperfections. They still went ahead and installed these. After much arguing they removed them and said replacements would take 6 months to arrive. Eventually, the replacement tiles arrived but were also problematic. On close inspection, the replacement tiles were of the wrong type and another set had to be delivered. We called them many times to pick up the damaged tiles but they never came.
In short, Mamipa provided poor quality defective titles and products and their service is also really bad.
I don't recommend them at all!

I experienced the worst arrogant behavior from the man at the reception, I went there asking very politely if they had a certain kind of tiles . He was speaking to me full of anger, in a way that at the end i left with the worst impression . For sure they will never have me as a client .

When you build a house, you are so confuse and busy try to find the best for you.Finally i make the best decision. I bought my mosaic from Mamipa at very low price and I'm very satisfying for both quality and price.
