There's the option to sit and have a meal at Mandria fish and chip restaurant and then there's the take away option. I made the mistake of the take away option after a day out in Nicosia. Because it is cooked whilst you wait (and there are customers being served also at their tables), you really do have to wait. I suggest having a glass of something and waiting the tv that's on by the bar. The food was really very good, big portions and extremely fresh. Cod & Chips, Calamari & Chip = Euro 14.50. Seems a bit pricey compared to the UK, but was a nice treat.

Good fish and chips
We decided to stop here for a meal with a friend before picking up someone from Paphos Airport.
There was a good selection of traditional fish shop favourites and a good variety of fish. Unfortunately the batter was a little thick and meant the fish was a little over cooked, but that's personal preference.
