I just shopped at Massimo Duty in the Mall (nicosia). The customer service was terrible. The cashier was very rude with us. I went to put my code for my credict card and by mistake it was the wrong one ( had 2 children with me so u know how it can be) so the lady had to put the amount on the machine again, her reaction was 'can you put the code again cause we have also other customers waiting' (rude attitude - and by the way one customer was waiting). I find it very very very rude to react like this because of a wrong code. The lady was with short black hair and when she was asked to put the clothes in a normal bag since its for present not in a sales bag she showed us that she was very annoyed about our request.
I believe you have to train your employees on how to deal with customers.
