These guys don't even know what a car is and how it works.
Instead of changing directly the thermostat (total cost 30 Euro) they made a mess in cleaning both radiators, for engine and for A/C, and then they refilled the system with water, that was exactly the cause of the damage to the thermostat.
At my complaining and my question why they didn't use the proper coolant liquid, they told me that it ruins the engine. Seriously???????
I came back home, I went to a real mechanic, suggested me by a friend of mine, and I found out also that they used the wrong oil and the wrong oil filter, good for same car but another year and another engine capacity.
Furthermore, they refilled the transfer case and the gearbox with again not the correct oils and with lower litres than required.
I spent 200 Euro and I had my car in worse conditions than before.
