Established early in 2003 Olive Properties was one of the first British Managed and British Owned property and land developing companies to enter the market in Paphos. Established to challenge current standards and bring a fresh approach to the market, Olive Properties quickly became regarded as a niche supplier of superior standard properties suitable for partial and permanent residency in and around the Paphos area.

Managing Director of Olive Properties is Richard Lamb; a BSc (Hons) graduate of Estate Management & Land Valuation from Birmingham, England. Richard has extensive experience throughout Europe in the project management of major land acquisition and construction projects; he is married with two young children and has been resident in Paphos since 2000.

A period of consolidation in 2007 saw the advent of a new partner to the business, and a focus towards the provision of a greater diversification of property and construction related services. Construction Director of Olive Properties is Aristos Tourvas; a BSc (Hons) graduate of Quantity Surveying from Reading, England; Aristos has comprehensive quantity surveying and civil construction experience, he is married with a young son and is originally from the village of Kathikas in Paphos.

Since it's creation in 2002 Olive Properties has undertaken a wide variety of different high quality residential projects and continues to have new and future off-plan and renovation projects in its portfolio. To date over €10 million sales value of property has successfully been constructed and delivered to many satisfied customers purchasing properties ranging from one bedroom apartments through to custom design luxury country villas.

The Olive Properties brand and image is established, credible and synonymous with a quality product and service level. Olive Properties operate from visible high street premises in a popular, well known location on the main coastal road from Paphos to Coral Bay.
