Palm Grove Restaurant

After many years had a terrible experience with the brother of the manager. We had a meal it wa son then when the bill came they wanted cash only. We explained we did not have cash but they did not care. They lied that it was a new opening and had trouble with the machines which was a lie as we go to Cyprus a lot. They did not care at all shrug of shoulder s and told walk down the road to the cash machine. They had no care about this. On request for a discount they said they would take 30 cents off for the extra chillies the brothers manager was being a really dxxx. He then walked away and spoke to the staff. We believed it was being sorted out so waited patiently albeit fuming and the they tried to scoop the cash off the table. When I explained we had not resolved the issue, was told we will call the police as one threat and then followed up with and we know them and you will see! Hate being bullied so said fine calm the police, they seemed to change their mind at that point and went form 30c to 10% off. The point of the review is the lack of service and arrogance along with indifference and threatening. This was over less than 5 Euro but the brother of the manager really sucked and is a dxxx. We don’t write reviews very often but all of you should be warned. Goto Il Trattorio for better service in fact anywhere frankly.
