Today Palourtis Real Estate Agents LTD operates with two registered estate agents Mr.Adamos Palourtis reg. No.462 and Mr.Pambos Palourtis reg.No 134 with the main office located at Larnaca –Dhekelia road.
Our Real Estate agency company is a member of several associations of the Cyprus Real Estate Agents Association and the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Our services in Cyprus real estate are to help our clients to find the best property available for them, be it a new build, a resale or a rental property; we preferably deal with properties with title deeds.

Mr. Pampos Palourtis founder of our company established his real estate business in 1970 in Famagusta. In 1974 after the Turkish invasion in Cyprus and after many difficulties relating to the refugee problems he re-established the company again in Larnaca which is still in existence today with the registration number 134.
The director of our office Adamos Palourtis a registered estate agent holds the registration no. 462. Palourtis Estates has assisted its clients in finding properties for long term land investments, land for development, new homes for re-location and holiday residences, as well as clients who require commercial properties for starting a new business and they continue to do so with success.
