The Papaphilippou Luna Park in Engomi is a long-standing tradition for Cypriot children, combining two of the best things about childhood: an extensive arcade and delicious ice-cream.

My review
Maybe the biggest traditional games playgorund for kids! There is agreat variety of games, a carusel, playground, bumbing cars, and so many other.. There is also quite a big seating caffe-like area so parents can enjoy their coffee/ice creme/creppes while watching their kids playing. Highly recommend it.
Wide variety of flavours
This was the only place I could find Galaxians arcade machine when I came to Cyprus and whenever I have needed my "arcade fix" then this is where I used to come.
The ice cream they have is pretty good - their rum & raisin is delicious.
the atomosphere!
Best ice cream in Cyprus is served at Papaphilippou. My favorite ice cream here is a mix of rose and peach flavor. There are so many flavors offered here. For any out of country visitors or tourist, Papaphilippou ice cream is a MUST!!!!! Prices here are affordable for everyone especially for students who are broke :)
Robust flavours, gelato consistency, near Carrefour and other shops
The hazelnut ice cream is like gelato - absolutely delicious! And you can play photo match while enjoying it.
Great ice cream; lots of games if you are 5 to 10 years old
A childhood classic. Most everyone below a certain age in Cyprus can remember being brought there as a child, on Sundays, when this part of Nicosia (Engomi technically) was still out in the countryside more or less. As a kid, it more or less has it all: ice cream, video games, bumper cars.
The star of the show remains the Papaphilippou ice cream which has a consistency somewhere between ice cream and gelato and remains a compelling draw for kids, local office workers and the occasional wandering student from the University of Nicosia.
