terrible service unprofessional team
The police station in Ayia Napa are very unprofessional and not trained to deal with tourists. They don't know how to speak english,They don't know the rules and don't care about the people.
My phone was stolen and I called them more than 3 times and they said they will come but they didn't show up. They told me to go the station to submit a claim but when I went they didn't gave me a claim. They only gave me a paper for the insurance company (and I don't even have insurance) so it's not useful for me. For them my problem was not serious enough for them. Then the officer started to yell at me for no reason because he's old and crazy.
And so I left the station with nothing and they didn't even bothered themselves to search for my phone even though I knew who did it and camera were available.
Very Unprofessional police. Their absence or appearance is the same because they don't do their job because I did my investigation and research.
