initial offer and promises!!
the worst company i have ever done business with... They sold me a central heating system with the promise of economy... It's by far the most expensive system on the planet, it broke down a number of times, this winter they left me over 2 weeks before sending someone and when they did, they told me to pay him (he was a contractor, their staff could not fix it!!), and that they would give me the money.. after 4 weeks of phonecalls thay told me that i should take them to court!!
BEWARE - i will be more than happy to share details with anyone...
