Could not get the order right
Placed an order for a laptop in the morning of the 19th of March. Money withdrawn at the same time. Delivery estimate 5-15 days. No email, or other, verification that the order was received. I had to call the next day to be informed the order was received.
Called after two weeks and they told me it MAY be coming at the end of the week. Called another three times when the arrival date continually changed (always with a maybe). Cancelled order on the 13th of April after that (maybe) due date was yet again wrong. As of the 19th of April the laptop had stilled not arrived in Cyprus (i.e. was not on any order up to the date I cancelled) nor has my money been returned to me.
People responding to my calls seemed to want to help but their business plan and/or infrastructure is horribly lacking. Would not recommend to anyone unless the item is in stock (maybe).
They don't know the definition of SERVICE
Ordered small appliance and paid for door service delivery and more than 24 hours later in small city Nicosia, it hadn't even left with courier! Courier service never delivered and Rolls' answer to this was for me to contact courier - not them?! I paid for delivery with Rolls not with courier. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!
Price, professionalism, polite
I started to use this shop a few months ago and I can say that everything I have got from there has been cheaper than anywhere else - the exact same thing.
The people there are very helpful and will help you make decisions not based on the most expensive thing in the shop, but what fits your purpose.
You can also find everything on their web site and this saves you time.
