Soli Aepia Restaurant

Welcome to 'Soli – Aepia' restaurant.

The name of our restaurant derives itself from two well known archaeological areas which are found in the now occupied northern terrertories of Cyprus, Soli and Aepia.
Aepia was an area which was inherited by Achilles from Agamemnon.

Later, (560BC), legend has it, the King of Aepia, Filokipros, following the advice of Solon the Athenian, transported his Kingdom towards the coast of Morphou. There began the ancient community which flourished as the Kingdom with special significance to history and became the community of Cyprus known as 'Soli' in honour of Solon the Athenian.

You can find us in the old town of Paphos, next to the Laiki Geitonia (market).

Come and enjoy our Cypriot cuisine and special Cypriot Meze, in a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere with panoramic views of the sea and sunset.To truly experience a taste of the old town, come and sample our Cypriot cuisine. Enjoy a glass of locally produced wine while watching the sunset, or end a romantic evening stroll with a feast of tasty 'Meze' dishes to share, whilst taking in panoramic views of the sea. Our traditional 'Meze' is a selection of local meat, fish and vegetable dishes – a little bit of everything, with complimentary fruit to end your meal.

There is a minibus service available from Kato Paphos (near the port), which brings you directly in front of the restaurant. This is available daily, every 25 minutes, until midnight, so you can be sure to get back to your accommodation so you are free to eat, drink and be merry!
