Varoshiotis Seafood Restaurant

The quality of the restaurant has gotten better and better over the years that I have been coming here and the food is also very good.

Its location is fantastic and I like coming here in the winter when the sea is rough and having it splash against the window.

One of the nicest things is the fish meze - unlike some restaurants, they don't cut back to give quantity - they give quality.

Varoshiotis is one of my favorite seafood restaurants in Cyprus. I find the combination of quality, environment and excellent service an unbeatable combination.

The freshness of the fish and quality of execution can be taken for granted here and what really makes a difference is the personalized attention and the character that the owners provide. Every time we visit, Mr. Solon Varoshiotis and now also his son, are the ones making sure everything is in order and that the guests are happy with the food and service.

One of my favorite features of this restaurant is its location, not because of the view, but because it is located right on the water. Make sure you request a table with a window, as waves will hit the window every once in a while, adding a bit more to the experience.

If you're lucky, you may also catch a glimpse of Mr. Solon feeding the seagulls that are always hovering above the restaurant.

Prices are slightly higher than other seafood restaurants, but completely justified.
